CXD-202-1 Citrix XenDesktop 5 Administration

This course provides the foundation necessary for administrators to effectively centralize and manage desktops in the datacenter and deliver them as a service to users anywhere. Students will learn how to select a desktop delivery model for each user group based on their needs, build proof-of-concept and production XenDesktop environments, assign virtual desktops to users and customize the user experience through policies. This course also provides instruction on how to build a Provisioning services farm to enable single-image desktop management, and how to host virtual machines on the client device using Citrix XenClient.

CXD-203: Managing Citrix XenDesktop 7 Solutions

The Managing Citrix XenDesktop 7 Solutions course provides students with the skills required to effectively support a Citrix app and desktop virtualization solution in a Windows Server 2012 environment. This course is based on final product code and is currently available through select Citrix Authorized Learning Centers (CALCs).
Please note: The Early Release course is available through August 16, 2013, via select CALCs, to enable organizations before Citrix XenDesktop 7 is in market. Beginning August 19, 2013, all Early Release courses will be converted to the subsequent version of this course, based on the final product code.

CXD-300: Deploying Citrix XenDesktop 7 Solutions

The Deploying Citrix XenDesktop 7 Solutions course provides students with the skills required to successfully deploy a complete Citrix hosted application and desktop virtualization solution in a Windows Server 2012 environment. This course provides students with the ability to successfully assess and design a XenDesktop 7 app and desktop solution based on the top key projects and architectures that a majority of Citrix customers implement, across different industries and use cases. Students may also have an opportunity to build a design for their organization and will have access to all of the tools and reference materials required to support their work.

CXS-203-1 Citrix XenServer 6.0 Administration

In this Citrix XenServer 6.0 classroom training, students are provided the foundational knowledge necessary to effectively install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot XenServer 6.0 and Provisioning Services 6.0. Students will have the opportunity to apply that foundational knowledge through the use of hands-on labs.
